Welcome to Supportify. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Overview

Supportify is a platform that enables creators to receive voluntary financial support from their audience through one-time or recurring payments.

Supportify does not host, distribute, or sell digital content. Creators use Supportify alongside external platforms (such as streaming or social platforms) to receive support from their audience.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Supportify.

By using the platform, you represent that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these terms
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Payments and Fees

Supportify facilitates payments between supporters and creators using Stripe.

  • Payments are voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law
  • Supportify charges a platform fee (currently 4%)
  • Additional payment processing fees may apply via Stripe

Supportify does not guarantee any earnings or income.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use Supportify for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Supportify:

5.1 Child Safety

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to applicable authorities:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
  • Content that sexually exploits, depicts, or solicits minors
  • Any material that promotes or glorifies the sexual abuse of children

Supportify uses automated systems to detect and block prohibited content involving minors at the point of submission.

5.2 Adult Content and Services

You may not use Supportify to monetize or promote:

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content
  • Nudity intended for sexual arousal
  • Escorting or sexual services

5.3 Intellectual Property Violations

You may not:

  • Share or monetize content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights
  • Distribute pirated or unauthorized content

5.4 Violence, Hate, and Extremism

You may not use Supportify to:

  • Promote or glorify violence
  • Engage in hate speech or discrimination
  • Support extremist organizations or ideologies

5.5 Illegal Activities

You may not use Supportify for:

  • Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
  • Money laundering or financial abuse
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws

5.6 Harassment and Abuse

You may not:

  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
  • Submit abusive or harmful messages

6. User-Submitted Messages

Supporters may include short messages with payments.

All user-submitted text (including supporter messages, creator bios, and wall posts) passes through automated moderation systems at the point of submission. Content matching prohibited patterns — including CSAM indicators — is blocked immediately and never stored or displayed.

Supportify reserves the right to:

  • Block or remove messages that violate this policy
  • Log flagged content for human review
  • Restrict or suspend accounts engaging in abuse

7. Enforcement and Account Actions

Supportify may take action at its sole discretion, including:

  • Removing content or messages
  • Suspending or terminating accounts
  • Restricting access to platform features

Repeat violations may result in permanent bans.

8. Reporting Violations

If you believe content or behavior violates these terms, please contact support@supportifyapp.com. We review reports and take appropriate action.

9. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for:

  • Complying with all applicable laws
  • Ensuring their use of Supportify does not violate these terms
  • Managing their own content and external platforms

10. Limitation of Liability

Supportify provides the platform “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding availability, reliability, or earnings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supportify is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
