All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card information.

Creators control when alerts appear and how they interact with their audience.

We prohibit the use of Supportify for:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors — strictly prohibited and reported to authorities
• Adult content or sexual services
• Copyright infringement
• Fraud or deceptive practices
• Hate, violence, or harassment

All user-submitted text on Supportify passes through automated moderation before it is stored or displayed. Content matching prohibited patterns — including CSAM indicators — is blocked at submission and never reaches the platform.

Flagged content is additionally queued for human review. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate our terms.

Users can report violations or concerns by contacting support@supportifyapp.com. We review reports and take appropriate action.
